for Church Planting Leaders

I am Carlos Josue Guevara and I'm a leadership consultant, church planter, and ministry innovator with a passion for equipping leaders and leveraging technology to expand the reach of the Gospel. For more than 25 years, I have worked in digital media—including web design, graphic design, social media strategy, and audio and video production—helping organizations and ministries communicate effectively and creatively in a digital world.

Alongside my technical background, I bring over 25 years of ministry experience serving in a variety of leadership roles. I have served as a worship leader, youth leader, and for the past 13 years as a senior pastor and church planter. These experiences have shaped my passion for building healthy churches, developing leaders, and helping new congregations take root and grow.

One of my greatest passions is empowering the next generation of leaders. I enjoy training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders as they grow both spiritually and strategically in their calling. Much of my work focuses on integrating leadership development with technology and digital resources to support church planting, discipleship, and long-term ministry impact.

I have also had the privilege of serving as a certified Church Planting Trainer through Send Network, the church planting branch of the North American Mission Board (NAMB). Through this role, I have helped equip future church planters with practical tools, strategic insight, and a clear vision for starting healthy, multiplying churches.

Through my consulting and training, I partner with leaders, churches, and church planters to develop strong leadership, build effective systems, and use technology strategically to advance the mission of the Church.
